This is the furniture tool. If you're furnishing a
residential lot, placing furniture with a high water or
electricity rating causes your weekly bills to be higher. Some furniture has higher or lower efficiency or need gain, which will influence Tinies' interactions with it. Check the controls info box in the bottom right corner for rotation and copying controls.
