Fitness is a skill in Tiny Life. Tinies can increase their fitness skill by completing various athletic activities, such as jogging and working out with exercise equipment.

Exercising drastically increases the rate at which a Tiny's Hygiene and Energy needs decrease, gradually making them Uncomfortable. Jogging and running on the Treadmill can produce a +5 Energetic emotion modifier called "Energizing Run", whereas lifting weights on either the Dumbbell Rack or Upright Dumbbell Rack can produce a +5 Energetic emotion modifier called "Lifting Expectations". Both have a duration of one in-game hour.

After a Fitness skill increase, a Tiny has a chance to get a +3 Energetic emotion modifier called "Feeling Fitness Gains", lasting for two hours.

Children can increase their fitness skill by using the "Run Around" interaction. Babies cannot develop the Fitness skill.

Tinies cannot do Fitness activities if they have the Uncomfortable emotion.

In-Game Description
"Fitness is important. Not just for showing off how big your guns are, but also for staying healthy and being able to climb a building without the help of an elevator. Go jogging or buy some workout equipment to get started."
