This is the tile tool. When going somewhere, Tinies will favor solid tiles like concrete and hardwood over soft tiles like grass and dirt. Tiles are pretty much the only thing that can't be removed. just replaced with other tiles, so the [[Remove Tool]] won't be of much use to you here. Don't forget to check the controls info box in the bottom right corner for flood filling and copying controls.

Remove Tool

The Remove tool can be used to remove walls, openings, furniture, stairs and roofs from your lot. Most objects are removed similarly to how they are placed, so openings can be removed by pressing on the wall segment they're on, and walls can be removed by drawing a line along their base. To remove multiple objects at once, you can draw a rectangle.

This is the roof tool. To apply larger pieces of roofing at a time, you can drag while clicking. Check the controls info box in the bottom right corner for rotation and copying controls. Additionally, you con apply wallpaper to placed roofs to make them match your walls. Roofs cannot intersect, so any roofs that are in the way will be sold automatically when placing a new one.
